A Sunday Comix anthology to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
According to the AFSP, Suicide is the tenth leading cause of death in the United States, with someone dying by suicide every fifteen minutes.
Sunday Comix, a group of comic creators based in Columbus, Ohio, experienced the loss of our friend Joe Reiff to suicide in April 2013. As a memorial to Joe and to give voice to other comic creators who have something to say about suicide, we have published Connections: A Comics Anthology to Benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
Connections includes twenty-two comics from new and established creators around the world. These personal stories focus on themes of loss, growth, renewal, and reinvention.
All writers, artists, and editors of this anthology donated their time, talent, and art. All proceeds go directly to the AFSP to support research, education, and advocacy to help understand and prevent suicide.
